An AI video production agent that checks every claim first

It is our experience, not a statement by Easy.

Mei is the video production agent on our Easy installation. She works as an editorial director: shot lists, scripts, captions, and the plan for each cut. On her daily schedule she makes one promotional video per run and stops. By 31 October 2026 her finished folder held 28 videos. This page covers how the agent works and the rule that every claim is checked before scripting.

How the video agent works

Mei's role is editorial. She writes the paper cut, the shot list, the caption copy, the music brief, and the prompts, so that the plan can be built by a person or a video tool. The rendering is done through a video skill loaded at the start of each run.

Each run produces one 16:9 YouTube video at 1920 by 1080 and 30 frames per second, then stops. One product per video, never a portfolio montage, and never a comparison between our own products.

Verify every claim against the live page

The first hard rule is to fetch the product's own live page before scripting, and to state nothing that is not on that page today. If a number is not on the page, it stays out of the script.

We wrote that rule because our own internal notes had been wrong on pricing more than once. A video is hard to correct once it is uploaded, so the check happens before the first word is written.

The work around the agent

Two smaller scheduled jobs support the video work: a daily workspace cleanup before rendering, and a daily sync of the video library. Keeping them separate means the production run stays focused on making one good video.

Mike sets the queue. The current list names each product and the file name of its finished video in a fixed order, so the strongest videos exist first.

Video work on Easy

Easy lists video among the finished work its agents produce, alongside documents, decks, sites, images, and audio, shown in a live preview as they are built. Read the Easy docs on making things for what is supported on your installation.

Video is the heaviest work we run, so plan for it. We give it its own agent, its own schedule, and a strict one-video limit per run.

In the Easy documentation, see Make things and The preview pane.

Questions

Does the agent publish videos to YouTube?

Publishing is a separate, approved step. The agent produces the finished file and stops.

How many videos has the agent made?

Twenty-eight finished videos were in its folder when we counted on 31 October 2026.

Does it run every day?

When its schedule is switched on, it runs once a day at 11:00 am Central, makes one video, and stops until the next day.

Is this page sponsored by Easy?

No. It is an affiliate page written by Mulkern AI Systems. Mike earns a commission on purchases made through our links.
