Every morning at 7:00 Central, an agent writes a social media post for Oil Rigs Now from the equipment in our CRM and saves it as a draft. It never schedules or publishes. Mike reviews the drafts himself. A second agent drafts posts for Mulkern AI Systems twice a week. This page covers the drafts-only rule and how the agent picks what to post.
Drafts only, every time
The rule dates from 29 July 2026: every post is saved as a draft for Mike's manual review, and no post is scheduled or published automatically. The agent leaves the scheduling field empty so the post lands as a draft.
Social posts reach real people under the company's name, so they fall in the tier of actions that always wait for a person.
How the agent picks a post
The morning agent rotates across three company pages, two on LinkedIn and one on Facebook, by day. It picks a piece of equipment from the CRM that has not been posted in thirty days and has good specifications, then writes copy suited to the platform.
Because the post starts from a real record, the facts in the draft come from the same data the business already relies on, not from the model's imagination.
Flag the drafts that need video
Since 1 August 2026, each batch of drafts comes with a note saying which ones need a video, so Mike can decide what to produce first. A draft that needs footage is not ready to post, and the note says so before he opens the scheduler.
Small additions like this are where the time savings come from. The agent does the sorting, and Mike makes the decision.
Building a drafting agent on Easy
Easy agents can be scheduled, given access to your data through connections and tools, and briefed in plain English. Publishing tools differ, so check what your social scheduler supports before you connect it.
Write the drafts-only rule into the agent's own instructions, not only into the schedule, so the rule holds whichever way the agent is asked to post.
