An AI SEO audit agent that covers one property each week
Affiliate disclosure: Mulkern AI Systems is an independent affiliate partner of Easy (easy.one), a product of Smart Apps Limited. If you buy Easy through our links, Mike Mulkern earns a commission, and the coupon applied at checkout (MICHAEL) is his. Everything on this page describes how we run our own businesses on Easy. It is our experience, not a statement by Easy.
Every Wednesday at 9:00 Central, our AI SEO audit agent, Suki, runs a weekly SEO audit on Easy. She covers one property per run on a six-week rotation, measures before she says anything, and stops auditing at the twelve-minute mark to write. This page covers how the SEO audit is scoped and where her authority ends.
One property per run
The rotation covers the Oil Rigs Now site, the Mulkern AI Systems sites, the TrafficForge site and blog, the mini-app catalogue, our programmatic page sets, and a group of demo sites. Auditing one property per week gives each real depth instead of a skim.
She reads her own notes from the last audit of that property first, because picking up what was left open beats finding the same issues again.
Measure before you opine
Every issue in the report has to be something she saw in a live response that day: the served page, the real sitemap, the actual redirect. A stale note is not evidence.
The checklist covers crawling and indexing, titles and headings, structured data, how easily an AI search engine can answer from the page, and performance at a level she can measure honestly.
Where the agent's authority ends
The brief splits changes in two. Small on-page items such as titles, metadata, schema, and internal links are hers to prepare. Anything structural, anything touching a deploy pipeline, and anything about pricing or legal copy goes to that site's owner by name, with the change and the reason.
Every change in our estate also needs a review and Mike's approval before it ships.
A cap and a short report
An audit examines at most twenty-five pages in depth. The report to Mike stays short: the property, what she found, what she handed off and to whom, and the single most valuable thing still undone.
A clean result takes two lines. The full audit, including what was checked and found clean, goes to her memory so the next cycle does not redo it.
Before this job existed, nobody owned organic search on a schedule. It is now her standing weekly work, and the rotation means no property goes more than six weeks unchecked.

Only what she saw in a live response that day.
Is this page sponsored by Easy?
No. It is an affiliate page written by Mulkern AI Systems. Mike earns a commission on purchases made through our links.
